Ordering - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Zelda's Pod website (www.zeldaspod.co.uk) and all orders you may make via the Zelda's Pod website.

1. The Zelda's Pod website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Zelda's Pod website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Zelda's Pod website is owned and operated by Zelda's Pod whose registered office is at 95 Southgate Road N1 3JS. If you have any queries please contact us.

3. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

4. To receive a delivery from Zelda's Pod you will enter your name and address details. Please inform us of any changes to your address prior to delivery.

5. Customers who wish to receive goods using our home delivery service must pay the driver on delivery the sum of these goods. A standing order account will require a sum held before purchase which will be deducted on receipt of goods required.

6. All products offered by Zelda's Pod are subject to change in price and/or weight. This is circumstantial of market prices which can alter daily. We reserve the right to change our prices and products without warning. We will update the website regularly and are available for price updates daily through the shop premises.

7. Ordering a product carries the obligation for the customer to pay for it unless we receive a cancellation within 24 hours of delivery. If cancelled in such a manner any credits on your account will not be affected. For extenuating circumstances we shall use our discretion as to whether a charge should be made.

8. The customer is requested to state a suitable place to deposit the delivery box if they are not going to be in. Although we have had no trouble with thefts so far, we cannot be held liable for theft or damage to the goods if it did occur.

9. If we cannot deliver to you due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or bad weather , we will notify you as far in advance as possible.

10. All content of the Zelda's Pod website is the property of Zelda's Pod.
